This is Amputated Beech, an original drawing made by Donwood for Thom Yorke’s second solo album, Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes. Produced in heavy graphite, this piece comes from a series of drawings depicting cut trees and pockmarked landscapes, which became part of the album’s artwork and overarching theme.
