Description
This piece of parian ware was produced during Matt's residency at the Victoria and Albert museum as part of a wonderful set of an all-black collection. A great example of the Matt's current work, it includes a base or plinth which is an important component of the artist's new set of work. Matt made the casts himself or, in some cases, used historical moulds. This particular piece has a lot of detail as well as a strong silhouette.
